Our billing structure is very simple and extremely open.
The only thing we will ever bill you for is our time! That's it.
We do not mark up any of the hardware, software or services that we purchase for you or on your behalf. Any time we purchase something for you, you will get a copy of the original invoice and a copy of the hardware spec from the manufacturer. All support contracts and warranties will be made out to your name. All software will be registered under your name.
The only thing we will bill you for is the time we spend doing it.
We chose the vendors that we work with and recommend based on the quality of their products, the quality of their support and price. We try as much as possible to stick to the major name brands in the field.
We are not resellers of any company!
We have "Preferred Pricing" status with several of our suppliers. However, we are not committed to meet any sales quotas from them. What does that means to you? While you can get their products at reduced prices, we won't try to shove their products down your throat.
Yes, that means that you are not shackled to us. You are not held hostage by us with support contracts.
Yes, that means that you are free to drop us at any time.
